Understanding yourself is one thing. Feeling different is another.
Support for binge eating + bulimia, anxious attachment + limerence, and trauma + identity + self-trust.
Something has you feeling stuck.
You may know where your patterns come from and still find yourself overthinking, seeking reassurance, feeling consumed by uncertainty in your relationships, turning to food, or being relentlessly hard on yourself.
Moving beyond insight can help you develop greater self-trust, steadier relationships, and more ease in your life.
Does this feel familiar?
Food can become a source of comfort, escape, or control—and then another reason to criticize yourself.
Uncertainty in relationships can feel consuming. You may overthink every interaction, search for answers or reassurance, idealize the other person, or believe you need to change yourself for the relationship to feel secure.
You work overtime anticipating others’ needs, holding everything together, and doing more than your share—hoping it will prove your worth, even when it feels like no one notices how hard you’re trying.
Past experiences may still shape your reactions, relationships, or sense of self—even when your life looks very different now.
You understand your patterns, yet still feel pulled back into the same emotional cycles.
These patterns make sense—even when they’re no longer helping.
The ways you’ve learned to manage uncertainty, seek reassurance, stay in control, or soothe difficult emotions likely developed for a reason. But when those strategies begin running your life, keeping up with them can become exhausting—and when they still don’t bring the relief or security you’re looking for, you may start to wonder whether something is wrong with you.
In our work together, we’ll explore what keeps these patterns going and help you respond to them differently. Over time, you can develop a steadier sense of self, trust yourself more deeply, and feel more secure in your relationships—so you can move through uncertainty with greater ease.
Hi, I’m Chelsea.
What if you didn’t have to work so hard to be okay?
You may already have a lot of insight into yourself. You can recognize your patterns, understand where they came from, and even know what you “should” do—yet still find yourself returning to the same cycles in your relationships, eating, anxiety, or the way you treat yourself.
Understanding why a pattern exists isn’t always enough to change it. My approach is relational and experiential, which means we’ll go beyond talking about your patterns and begin working with the emotions, fears, and automatic responses that keep them going. Over time, you can trust yourself more deeply and have more choice in how you respond.
You don’t have to become someone new. You can feel more at home in who you already are.
